Check-in was easy and parking was available even late at night. The shower was complicated to use, and the cleanliness could be improved.

The location is perfect, right on Cannery Row. Our room had a balcony with a great harbor view and comfy bed. Facilities are modern, double sink bathroom was nice. Hot tubs on 2nd and 4th floors were awesome. Breakfast delivered to the room was a treat. Staff were super friendly, parking was easy and cheap.
